TN Visa – Research Assistant
NAFTA Requirements for TN Visa as a Research Assistant.
To qualify for TN visa status under NAFTA as a Research Assistant, an applicant must possess one of the following:
- A Bachelor’s (Baccalaureate) degree; or
- Licenciatura Degree.
An individualwill qualify for TN visa status as a Research Assistant only for positions at post-secondary educational institutions. 8 C.F.R. § 214.6 (c).
