Request Consultation
Request Consultation with Brian D. Zuccaro.
Consultation Services Provided:
Our consultation process includes two services. The first service involves our review of your immigration history, credentials, job offer, and short-term / long-term objectives. The second service involves a conversation with you where we discuss your case in further detail and provide an analysis.
Teleconference / In-Person Consultation:
Most of our clients choose the teleconference consultation option. Because U.S. Immigration Law is federal (nationwide), Serotte Reich & Wilson can assist clients anywhere in the United States.
In-person consultations at our Buffalo, NY office are also available and may be practical for individuals who live in the Western New York / Ontario area or whom are willing to travel. See SRW’s office location.
Consultation Fees:
Our fee for a basic consultation is $180. The fee for a consultation involving a denied TN application or immigration violation is $300.* Consult fees must be paid in advance of the consultation. There is no time limit for the consultation. There are no additional charges for related, follow-up questions after the consultation. If you decide to retain our firm within 48 hours of the consultation, the consult fee may be credited toward your legal bill.
*Additional fees apply to prepare any immigration documents, contact immigration officials, for accompaniment to the border. A fee quote for these services is provided after the consultation process.
