The Vocational Counselor position involved developing and implementing policies and procedures for a community based employment program for developmentally disabled adults (specifically for those with autism). The applicant possessed a Masters and Bachelors degree in Psychology. He also possessed certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

In order to establish the applicant’s eligibility for TN visa status as a Vocational Counselor, we submitted documentation establishing that an individual with a degree in Psychology qualified for a Vocational Counselor position.
