H-1B Visa Cap Update - Numbers Still Available

As of June 5, 2009, USCIS has received approximately 44,400 H-1B cap-subject petitions and approximately 20,000 petitions qualifying for the advanced degree cap exemption. See USCIS H-1B Cap Count.
