Brian D. Zuccaro is a U.S. immigration attorney with the law firm Serotte, Reich & Wilson, LLP (“SRW”) located in Buffalo, N.Y.
Mr. Zuccaro focuses his practice on employment-related aspects of immigration law, specifically NAFTA TN visa status for Canadian citizens and Mexican citizens.
He handles related NAFTA TN issues such as applying for a green card (employment based or family based) while under TN status; adjustment of status applications and immigrant visa processing; inadmissibility problems and waivers; denials of TN applications; and alternative Free Trade Agreement and fast track visas.
Mr. Zuccaro's employment based immigration services also include B-1 business visitor applications; H-1B visa petitions; H-1B1 Free Trade Agreement visas for citizens of Chile and Singapore; E-3 visas for Australian citizens; J-1 exchange visitor visas; and National Interest Waivers.
Education:
Mr. Zuccaro earned his law degree, with a concentration in Intellectual Property and Technology Law, from the University at Buffalo. He possesses a B.A. degree in English from Canisius College with a minor in Classical Literature.
Mr. Zuccaro served as Publications Editor for the University at Buffalo Criminal Law Review and as Copy Editor for the Intellectual Property Law Journal. Mr. Zuccaro clerked for the American Society of Journalists and Authors, and the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Western District of New York.
