Our roots date back to 1925 when Harry Serotte established an office for the practice of law in Buffalo, New York. From the Sixties to the mid-Seventies, Harry's son, Donald D. Serotte, with Samuel L. Green, now a Justice of the New York State Appellate Division, concentrated in personal injury litigation and criminal defense.

William Z. Reich, current Senior Partner, introduced immigration law practice to the firm in 1975.
